CUKR residence card — application preparation
We organise the client’s data and documents according to the official CUKR procedure requirements.
CUKR has been available since 4 May 2026 — online only
The CUKR card confirms a special three-year temporary residence permit for eligible people who previously benefited from temporary protection. Applications are filed only electronically in the new MOS system and may be filed until 4 March 2027.
This is a transition from UKR status to a temporary permit, not an extra card preserving every UKR entitlement. Both eligibility and the consequences of the transition should be assessed before filing.
Four core conditions
- valid PESEL UKR on the filing date
- valid PESEL UKR on 4 June 2025
- valid PESEL UKR when the voivode issues the card
- continuous UKR status for at least 365 days
How the application is filed
- Create a new MOS account; an account from the previous system is not sufficient.
- Log in personally through login.gov.pl and never give the credentials to anyone.
- Complete the form and attach a current digital photograph and two payment confirmations.
- Pay the PLN 340 administrative fee and PLN 100 card fee separately to the correct accounts.
- Sign with a Trusted Profile, qualified signature or personal signature, submit, and retain the PDF, XML and UPO receipt.
Consequences to understand first
- on collection, UKR status automatically changes to CUKR and rights based exclusively on UKR status end
- a change of residence address must be reported to the voivode within 15 working days
- leaving Poland for more than six months causes the permit to be lost
- failure to collect the card within 60 days of notification means the permit is not acquired and the card is invalidated
- LegalPro may prepare data and review the form but cannot log in or sign for the client
