Delay complaint requires a reminder, PESEL and the court fee

The Wrocław administrative court rejected a temporary residence and work complaint after formal defects were not corrected: the prior reminder was not evidenced, PESEL was omitted and the court fee was unpaid. PESEL must be stated even if it is already in the administrative file. The order of 14 October 2026 is not final.
