Poland’s 2027 minimum wage: PLN 4,950 gross

From 1 January 2027, the minimum monthly wage will be PLN 4,950 gross and the minimum hourly rate will be PLN 32.30 gross. The new amounts should be reflected in contracts and employment documents covering work in 2027.
